I am a Freelance Television Consultant specializing in video systems, system installations and engineering live television broadcasts for numerous sporting events and non sporting events. Credits primarily are for Technical Manager, Engineer in Charge, Video, and E2 (maintenance). I routinely work on television trucks, both as an operator, and as systems design and modification.
I am also Chief Engineer for one of Atlanta's Full Power UHF television stations. I am the person that troubleshoots and repairs equipment and plans the future technical expansion. I have attended classes on HDTV transmission systems so that I can assist clients with their new Digital stations.
Current projects include upgrading an analog diacrode transmitter to digital operation for my Atlanta TV station, preparing a Savannah LPTV to switch from analog to digital transmission, building a new LPTV translator in the North Georgia Mountains, and bringing a new all digital Master Control online here in Atlanta.
